Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Mobio account and associated personal data at any time. Mobio supports nearby discovery, scheduled trip posts, profiles, chat, WhatsApp handoff, reports, blocks, and notifications. Mobio does not process in-app ride payments or payment settlement data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email info@ikanisa.com with the subject Mobio Account Deletion.
  2. Include the WhatsApp phone number used for Mobio login and your Mobio member code if you can access it from the Profile screen.
  3. We may ask you to verify control of the WhatsApp phone number before deleting account data.

What is deleted

  • Profile details tied to your Mobio account where deletion is legally and operationally allowed.
  • Current nearby visibility/location snapshots.
  • Scheduled trip posts you created, where not retained for safety, audit, or dispute-handling reasons.
  • Notification tokens and consent settings tied to your account.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, audit logs, report/block review, or support history. Retained records are restricted to authorized operational access.

Expected timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days after identity verification and required review.
